Final Say Football (the "app") is made by Kraft Dynamics, the trading name of Kraft Dynamic Solutions PLC, a software company registered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, whose general manager is Mikiyas Girma Birbo ("we", "us"). It is published as Kraft Dynamics on Google Play and as Mikiyas Birbo on the App Store. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to it.
We do not sell your data. We share only what these services need to function:
We publish Final Say Football content (quiz videos, match graphics) to our own accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube using a publishing tool we operate. When we connect those accounts, the tool stores only the access tokens for our accounts, kept on our servers and used only to post our content. The tool does not collect data about people who view, follow or comment on our posts; what you share there is governed by that platform's own privacy policy.
Our publishing tool uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to our YouTube channel. Google's handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page. The only YouTube data the tool keeps is the access token for our channel and the IDs and links of the videos it uploaded; when access is revoked, the tool deletes the stored token, and you can ask us to delete any of it at support@kraftdynamics.com.
You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your profile and takes your entries off the leaderboards. You can also email us and we'll do it for you. We keep match results and app-usage records for up to 180 days, and complete deletions clear within about 30 days. Data on your device is removed when you uninstall.
The app isn't directed at children under 13 (or the age your country sets), and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we'll remove it.
Data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.

These terms cover Final Say Football (the "app"), finalsay.games and the Final Say Football accounts on social media (together, the "service"). The service is provided by Kraft Dynamic Solutions PLC (trading as Kraft Dynamics), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Final Say Football is a free football quiz game with solo runs, collections, leaderboards and online head-to-head play. It is supported by optional rewarded ads. Hearts, XP, levels, badges and other in-game items have no monetary value and can't be exchanged for money. If we offer purchases in future, the App Store or Google Play terms for those purchases also apply.
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). You're responsible for what you do in the app, including the display name you choose. Names must not be offensive, impersonate someone, or break the law; we may change or remove any name that does.
Don't cheat or try to gain an unfair advantage: no bots, scripts, exploits, automated answering, tampering with the app or its servers, or scraping our questions or data. We may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries or suspend accounts that break these rules.
The app, its questions, sources, design, videos and graphics, and the Final Say and Final Say Football names, belong to Kraft Dynamic Solutions PLC. You may share result cards and our posts as the app and the platforms allow, but not copy or resell our content. Club, competition and player names are used only to identify them; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league or governing body.
We post quizzes, fixtures, lineups, results and predictions on our own Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts. Match information is provided for entertainment and may occasionally be incomplete or change after posting. Comments and messages on those platforms are subject to that platform's rules, and we may hide or remove comments that are abusive or spam.
Our YouTube channel is published using YouTube API Services. By watching or interacting with our content on YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
We work to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that can't be limited.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
